Pfff epilator is one of the most painful methods I've tried. You should try waxing, is much better and the results are as good as epilators!! About the numbing cream I know about a spray of " xilocaina" in spanish I think the name in english may be similar??

I don't know. I wouldn't suggest it, I'd just wax but it's all preference.

Why do you feel uncomfortable going to get it done at a salon? its always another woman doing it for you in a private room. hard wax iS the best in my opinion.

I love my epilator. I have heard you can buy numbing creams, but I've never tried one, I just did it in really small sections over several days, after the first time it feels less painful each time.
