I think everyone's skin is different and you have to find what works for you. I have oily skin and use the Revlon colorstay foundation. It doesn't break me out and I like how it looks. Before I apply foundation I use a primer.
For brows I lime the Anastacia duo brows powder.
To talé off makeup I use a generic wipe first then a makeup remover and end with my Clarisonic. Following a toner and moisturizer. (:

I have heard of many people who breaks out from Mac face products so I would recommend you try another brand so you don't break out as much.
For a full coverage I would suggest you look into the IT cosmetics CC cream. It has a full coverage but is super light weight on the skin and leaves you with a lovely glow.
As you say you are oily I would suggest you use an oil controle primer first (even tho a primer is not nessesary under the IT cosmetics CC cream). I really like the BareMineral PrimeTime primers and they have a great oil controle one. MUFE also has their Step 1 primers whice are supposed to be awesome!
But I think you will find that your skin gets less oily once you find a face product that doesn't break you out!
For removing makeup using a Micella water - Bioderma - to take of all signes of makeup is a super first step but then you should go in with a facial cleanser to remove all the left over makeup. And like Ivette said follow up with a toner and moisturizer!

For eyebrows, I like the seventeen eyebrow kit, it has 1 styling wax (to shape) ,1 colour (*check pallets for right colour for you* fill gaps with this), 1 highlight ( under the brow) and 1 brow pencil and 1 brush.
Another product I love is the sleek eyebrow stylist, in medium. It has a mascara brush for brushing, and the twisty pencil and I use this as you would use a lipstick on your lips, from edge to edge.
If you are wanting a more expensive product, head for anastasia :)
Hope I've helped
