Can you put toner on colored hair? Like, color that's been there for a couple months? I have naturally light brown/dark blonde hair and I've been coloring my hair blonde for a couple years. I use Ion color brilliance 9 very light cool blonde, and my teacher put hi-lift Aragon color last time on my roots. Just curious, I've seen yes and no answers.. And I can't ask my teacher since we're currently on break.

Yes. all toner is, is color that you only leave on for a short amount of time, usually at the color bowl.
