So I recently got a sephora giftcard and instead of makeup, I'm looking to get a skincare set. I need a skincare regime and if it's worth the price, I will continue to buy.
anyways, I'm looking at the Ole Henriksen sets maibly for the vitamin c booster. How is the vrand? Or any other sets/brands you love?
Background on my skin: I'm looking for something to help with my scars. My skin hardly breaks out only when I travel or am on the time of the month sometimes. Its not too oily, but defibitely not dry. I want something to brighten and keep my skin from looking dull. My undereyes need brightening as well. I just healty looking skin without the makeup, it all boils down to the scars I havr and the dull look.

I've used this brand for a while. It's awesome! The vitamin c products are the best.

Thank you Tina. :) Is it overly oily? What do you use specifically, if you don't mind me asking?

I haven't used that brand but I was interested in it since I also have acne scars if you purchase it I would love to know how it worked for you. A while back during the vib sale I also decided to buy a skincare set, I went with an origins set which included the ginzing face wash, moisturizer, eye cream and the willowherb serum. My skin HATED the moisturizer I had a reaction and got a bunch of itchy red bumps on my chin and forehead. I threw away the package and receipt so I could not return. introduce your skin 1 product at a time and keep your receipt just in case lol.

Thanks for the tip, Maria! Thats smart. I might go for the whole vitamin c set. I'll let you know. I was never looking into origins so I don't think I will at all :p lol.

Products with vitamins c and e are going to be best for you. Products that are listed as brightening, will brighten and even your complexion over time. I would really recommend Sanitas Skincare for you. You just put in you type of skin and they will give you a whole skin care kit to test out and see how you like it. I'm not sure it's sold at Sephora, but based on what you are looking for in skincare, Sanitas sounds perfect!

Awesome, thanks Jacqlyn. Nice to see you :) I have heard about the DG pads, I'll look into them more.
Chloe, what's sanitas? Have you actually tried it yourself?

Ole Henriksen has saved my skin tbh. Every year at Christmas time I hoard all his gift sets usually they come out with 2 or 3 and they last all year plus some lol. It saves money for sure and the products are amazing. The Dennis Gross peel pads are also life changing but I refuse to buy them unless they're on sale so I cycle between those and the cheap ass St Ives ones lol:)
