I'd call it a grown out fringe actually as it's centre parted. I'd take in a picture to show your stylist so they know exactly what you're after.

You can just show the picture to your stylist and explain that's what you want! I think they like that kind of thing better than just explaining too because it means they can give you exactly what you want.
