I would stay what ever color you have now, I know from experience changing hair color after bleaching it 3 months ago is bad on your hair. But it's your hair you do what you want to :)

I don't know if it's the lighting change but I personally adore the blonde on you maybe even a lighter blonde would look super pretty and make your eyes pop. I feel like the darker hair you posted washes you out a bit and makes you look flushed, if anything. I also think if you're looking for a switch up that the picture Sara posted is nice.

The ends of your hair no big the top maybe just from what I can see of the picture. Mostly when toning hair to silver the hair has to be a very pale yellow/bleach blonde/white just from what I've researched. If you wanted to put silver in your hair your ends might come out darker than the top of your head.
