This is really weird but the past 3 week when I'm washing my hair it just seems to be falling out, I know your not meant to brush wet hair but I brush it in the shower while my conditioner is in, I use heat on my hair but I have for ages and it used to never fall out and recently I have pretty much stopped using heat on my hair only when I'm going out? Any suggestions thanks!! :)

It's common to lose about 100+ strands of hair a day but if you find that your hair is thinning or if you discover bald patches then you need to see a doctor.

I had the same problem a few months ago! My problem was due to stress and using the wrong type of shampoo 💔😭 what I did was I got a short hair cut and I used coconut oil :) it worked! My hair stopped falling out and new hair grew back! 😁

I'm having a similar issue, and I was wondering wear you got the coconut oil and what brand you got, Mim, because all the brands I try never really work and just make my hair oily.

Amelia, I got my coconut oil from Thailand. It's called Topicana Virgin coconut oil. I think you can find it online as well😊 it's made especially for skin and hair! It's amazing! I highly recommend it! Good luck!

Oh and I forgot to mention, washing the oil out of your hair can be a bit tricky, make sure you wash it out really good so your hair isn't oily and only put a little bit one your hair. I put on about a quarter size of oil (I have shoulder length hair)

Not even kidding, its probably a dietary deficiency. I had the same problem and I looked around the internet and I discovered that you can have hair loss if you don't get enough of the vitamins and minerals that are found in...LEAFY GREENS! So the beauty suggestions they gave would help I guess but my hair loss diminished so much, I don't even notice if it falls out and I don't see any in the in the shower. I just make a smoothie every day for breakfast that has a bunch of yummy berries and a couple handfuls of spinach or kale. This works. I even had a period where I stopped doing this, and then the hair loss came back again.
