For me they were terrible. The eye shadow pans fell out of the cases, and the shadows did not have tremendous pigment for me. Another complaint I have is shipping, I paid and they sent it to a wrong address so I waited 1 month for it to get to New York. There pigments I suppose are alright... I would say to stick to MAC

Love them. Some stuff is very hit and miss (palettes can run ashy on darker skin tones) but their lipsticks, glosses and pencils are fabulous.

same with most brands like some of their stuff. not keen on their foundations.
