Rimmel London, The Body Shop, Wet n' Wild, Paul Mitchell. Most every brand, if they don't test, will say so on their packaging. If you're not sure they should say so online! Good luck!

I know for a fact that ELF and Lush don't test on animals, but there are many websites with complete lists! :)

Actually, on the packaging just means the finished product was not tested, it's not saying that it hasn't been previously tested or the ingredients weren't. I honestly think you should check resources online to make sure you're not being fooled by the company! Hope this helps.

I recommend Natio I'm pretty sure they don't test on animals but there products are so amazing
