The Meijer by me carries along the same lines as Target. What kind of skin do you have?

That's what I was thinking as well, Alex.
You look pretty young, so I'd keep it simple and natural.
Mascara, Loreal Telescopic gives long lashes without clumps.
Lips, I'm all about Revlon. Their lip balms, stain sticks, Colorburst..this is a lot of bang for your buck. Lovely colors and finishes to choose from.
Burts Bees has tinted balms.
I think NYX lip pencils terrific. Their lipsticks are nice, but I prefer Revlon for lips.
Blush, NYX or Covergirl Instant Cheekbones Contouring Blush; this is very pretty and soft..it wears well and would suit you perfectly.
For skincare, Cetaphil wash is nice, as is Aveeno.
I don't think you need foundation, but if you'd like light coverage, Garnier Skin Perfecting BB Cream for oily skin will keep shine away and provide some basic sun protection and luminousity. I'd use product sparingly. You may want to just protect your skin and keep it soft, so I'd recommend Cetaphil wash and Aveeno Positively Radiant moisturizing sunscreen with SPF 30.
Never too early to protect your skin.
For hair, if they have a "Wet Brush", I'd get one.
Have fun shopping!

One of the best products is a nice primer, the benefit porefessional is great to help your makeup look better and stay longer, though it is a bit pricy it's w great investment.
