How do you fill in blonde eyebrows? I don't know if there are pencils out there that you can use. I don't want them to be dark (brown) because I'm naturally blonde but I want them to be more defined because they're so thin. any suggestions?

I recommend Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Taupe. I believe they have a Blonde Brow Powder too, if not Blonde, then they have Taupe which is like the pencil which is good for blondes...

Being blonde myself lol brows are a must! I'd recommend Taupe if your natural hair is extremely light, like angel hair. If your hair is sort of like mine with gold notes go for Blonde. I personally like the dip brow because it gives me more control. I simply spooley through both brows with my ABH#12 brush then line them to my desired shape. If you're scared it might be too much you can always go for lighter strokes, or perhaps the brow powder as mentioned above! Either way, once they're lined go ahead and fill them in with again light strokes to mimic brow hair. If you make a mistake you can always spooley through as this disburses the product, or you can concealer the edges where you messed up.

If you don't want to splurge on the anastasia (even though it is worth it to me) nyx brow dip and pencil and flower brow powder are good drugstore alternatives.

I love the Freedom brow pomade, which is a cut of the price of the Anastasia one and is fab:) there are 12 different colours (which all mimic the ABH Dipbrow colours) and is completely waterproof and smudgeproof (which I found out through swimming!). Lasts me all day and I use a cheap angled brush and a spoolie. It costs me 5 pounds (England), but that would equate to 7 US dollars, 10 Canadian/Australian dollars, 11 NZ Dollars or 6 Euros.
You can buy it in Superdrug stores or http://www.freedommakeuplondon.com/makeup/brows/pro-brow-pomade.html http://www.superdrug.com/Make-Up/Eyes/Eyebrows/c/pt_make_up_eyebrows?q=%3AbestBiz%3Abrand%3A405045
