BaByliss easily!! I was a die hard Chi fanatic, but I made the switch a couple of months ago and I love my new flat iron! I have the slimmer iron (not sure on the exact name, think its BaByliss Ultra or something). Its well worth the money and has a 4 year warranty.

I love the Tresemme one, its about 45 pounds in britain but there are usually a lot of discounts on that brand, after Christmas you should be able to get something discounted in the clearance sales. :)

I agree Miriam. I spoke to my hairdresser and then I looked on the Karmin Hair Tools website and read the specs of their straighteners, G3 w/tourmaline ceramic plates, which was the one I got, my daughter went for the Karmin Titanium infused with ceramic heat and their latest one the Karmin Salon Series is the one I am thinking about upgrading to and passing my G3 to my granddaughter.
