Have you spoken to a doctor and/or gotten a blood panel done yet? I would highly suggest doing that before taking these or any hair, skin, and nail pills or supplements.

I see these everywhere. I agree in talking to someone first but this particular brand I know has great ingredients but always be sure it's for you.

I agree definitely talk to a doctor. these supplements should only be taken if you have a deficiency. if you don't then it could be very dangerous for your body.
