I am in need of a new foundation. I really want something that is completely full coverage but not too thick. My skin is very fair and I have normal to dry skin. Any opinions?

RCMA is pretty good I think it works better for more normal to dry skin.
A few other options are the CoverFX custom cover drops, I add about 4-5 drops mixed with primer and it gives really good coverage.
Another cream type is the MAC Full Coverage which is pretty good and there is a fair shade (W10 I believe) that is quite fair.
I believe it's W10 because I have the concealer palette and it has that shade and it matched clients that were very fair, they were the type that had difficulty finding a shade light enough for them

I would totally try out the cover fx drops and add them to a lighter more hydrating foundation because most full coverage foundations at least to me are thick and drying

I really like it cosmetics cc full coverage foundation. I have extremely dry skin and it works very well with it. You would need a setting powder though because it's extremely dewy!

Also Mac studio sculpt is great but they don't have a foundation light enough for me. I was matched at NW15 which is still too dark for me :(

You could try the Kat Von D one or the double wear foundation by estée lauder! Both amazing!
