Whitehead/Sebaceous Filament help?

I have been dealing with bumps on my nose & chin for quite a while now and I get really insecure about it. After I put foundation on, you can really see the bumps. I've been told they are whiteheads but I've also been told they are "sebaceous filaments"? Anyway, I really want to get rid of them. I've tried manually taking them out with tweezers, pore strips, and basically all of the diy masks you can think of. Is there anyone who knows what I can do to really get rid of them?

I would recommend going to a professional esthetician to get a facial extraction. It hurts like hell but it's so worth it!
