Take prenatal vitamins and 10,000 IUs of vitamin D daily. Get your hair trimmed at least once every 6-8 weeks. Other than that use Nioxin shampoo treatment (system# 3) for chemically treated hair or products rich in niacin copper and zinc peptides. Shampoo minimum every other day. It'll take a while but be patient, it works. The only other option is to use minoxidil 2% but once you start using that you'll have to continue using it or your hair will get thinner again..

Try to tease it often at the shaft, then if you use a salon volumising shampoo and conditioner. Like Kenra products are amazing. And whenever your styling your hair, hairspray the shaft in layers. Hope it helps!(:

Try teasing the top half. Put your hair in pig tale braids and with sharp scissors cut off the small hairs sticking out of the braids to fix up your damaged hair. And teasing will make your hair even more damaged... Maybe try the thickening spray (bigass) and spray in your hand and only put on you ends. Then scrunch your hair and blow dry it:)
