When I want an intense contour I use the wonder stick then put powder over it. When I'm just natural I do just powder

Powder is subtle, cream is strong. If you have oily skin or want a less intense contour, go for powder. If you want intense and you have dry or combination skin, aka "normal" then cream is your best choice.

I use this contour stick and I swear by it. I love love love it! I also set it with a translucent powder and then go over the dark with bronzer and then highlight the high points of your face.

The wonder stick is no good! I tried it and it doesn't blend easily and is bad quality honestly. Just letting you know (:
