I have been drinking soda but I have cut back a bit on it. I wash my face almost every day, if I didn't wash it in the morning I wash it when I get home from school.

I get those on my forehead when I don't drink enough water. Maybe you just need some more water in your system.

Yes but I drink water everyday, it gets like this when I don't wash my face for two days or even one day!

Stay on top of cleansing your skin twice a day to avoid it from occurring in the first place...especially since you are wearing makeup. To clear it up in the meantime I would just refrain from applying makeup and spot treat with tree tea oil (dilute with water) or if that is not possible...using either benzoyl peroxide acne spot treatment or Salylaic Acid spot treatment.

Proactive toner works usually overnight. You don't need the whole proactive kit, just the toner. Apply it to breakout and overnight it will have gone away or have become less noticeable☺️

You must be in routine with your skin because if you aren't then it will get irritated causing it to breakout and breakouts are bacteria so avoid touching your face as much as you can and if you need to touch your face wash your hands before.
