Ugh , hate this question! my nose gets greasy by the end of the day, but I think my skin is dry? I'm not sure really, to be honest.

It's going to change your life forever I promise lol
I use it on a daily basis I've tried both #7 and #12 brush but I recommend 12. It's more control since it's a bigger brush and the applicator is thinner. I use dark brown!

Okay lol I have normal/oily skin so if your face isn't too dry these suggestions may help. for foundation, I really like L'Oreal infallible pro matte($12) for a cheap option. Something a bit pricier is the Urban Decay Nakrd skin. ($40)
concealer, I like Maybelline instant age rewind or the maybelline highlighting pen, they're both around $11.
Power, I like NYX translucent powder - it is like $6

For a budget I'd go with Maybelline fit me for foundation and concealer. Nyx micro pencil I think it's called and nyx brow gel are both good and affordable. All available at Target and you could get all the stuff on your list for less than $30:) But it won't be crummy quality.
