So recently I dyed my hair black. My eyebrows I fill in with ABH dipbrow in Medium Brown... But now with my hair, I'm not sure that I can do that anymore. I don't know if it's weird or what I should do.. Should I start filling them in black?

I have my hair black and when I used ebony by ABH it was waaaay too light and I didn't like it. I use granite now which is their darkest shade and I feel like it works best.

My hair isn't as black as it appears in the picture, in natural light it appears to have a brown tint to it (a very dark one). Do you think using a dark brown with black hair looks off?? Or do you think it's okay?

Use a black color for your eyenrows I'd say. Sometimes when people have darker hair with lighter eyebrows their hair can come off as looking fake. It pretty much looks off.

I think you just have to find what works for you - my natural hair is black meaning my eyebrow hair is black so any brown products just don't look right IMO - so I use a charcoal color instead of straight black and that works for me.

Yeah, there is no way I could use straight black, I tried it out and I looked silly. I'll have to go out and try to find a new shade that works

You're welcome. Shu Umera (another Asian company) has a gray also. They used to sell Shu Umera in Nordstroms , but I don't if they still sell Shu. I haven't been there a few years.

My natural hair color is black before I went blonde I always used a medium to medium dark neutral brown.
My natural brows were thick but I don't have an issue with it looking weird. My natural brows made the brown look darker anyway.
Using black can look harsh depending on your skintone, if you're medium-dark or deeper then black is easier to pull off.
If you're fair to medium then it can end up looking off especially if it's a pencil/gel brow product.
Powder ones are more forgiving though and can be applied lightly to give that natural black color

IMO black is never a good color to lay on your brows it'll make them look so harsh regardless of your hair color black black eyebrows never go😣makes me cringe. Ebony is really dark but not black it has like a dark grey cool tone to it so it's not a harsh dark color. Since you want brown I suggest you going with a dark brown color😊

Definitely use ebony. I have dark brown hair that looks black and my brows are naturally really black so if you want it to look good, in my opinion, Ebony would look the most realistic or any gray leaning black products.

My brows are black and I for abh I use granite but I just started using the tarte mousse in gray and that works even better somehow. I think it gives them a bit more dimension.
