If that's the only new product you're using and haven't changed anything else (including your diet and lifestyle) then it's most likely the makeup wipes causing the breakouts.

Possibly. My skin does NOT like Neutrogena at all, whatsoever. I've given the brand multiple chances and every single time it dries me out and I notice a lot of redness and irritation (including breakouts).

I honestly think that they make me break out too. As nice as they are (lazy wise) I am sticking to washing my face.
