Every weekend put pigtails in and twist each pony and cut off with sharp scissors the small hairs that stick out. This will get some of the dead ends and help your hair grow faster and healthier

There's NOTHING that can make your hair grow but there are things that will help to make it stronger where it can grow. Start by trimming all split ends if you have any. Then try to avoid heat as much as possible. If you need to use it then always use a heat protectant and Let your hair air dry instead of blowdrying. Don't wash your hair everyday, try to do it once a week. If your hair gets oily, then use a dry shampoo. Always deep condition your hair at least once a week. If your hair is too dry then it won't grow. Do protective styles like buns, braids, etc. Try not to let your hair rub on your collar or shoulders because this can lead to breakage also. Try and incorporate some oils into your regimen like: extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, argan oil, etc. Use them in a hot oil treatment and/or your deep conditioner. Develop a regimen and schedule. It's going to be a trial and error approach to find what works for your hair if you don't know already. Try to eat healthy and exercise regularly. You have to make your body healthy on the inside for it to show on the outside. Drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin everyday. Some people say take biotin and/or prenatal vitamins. I say just take a multivitamin because it has all the nutrients in it already plus biotin. Lastly, be patient. Your hair isn't going to grow overnight and don't get discouraged when seeing someone else's hair growth. Your hair grows at its own rate, about 1/4-1/2 inch a month. Sorry for this being so long lol I like hair lol hopefully this helps you.

NO HOT IRONS! DRINK MILK AND DON'T WASH YOUR HAIR EVERYDAY. WASH IT AT MOST 4 TIMES A WEEK!!! IT DRIES YOUR HAIR AND GETS OUT ALL OF THE MOISTURE! DON'T BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHEN ITs WET WAIT UNTIL ITS DAMP! WHEN YOU BLOW DRY IT PUT IT ON COLD AND LOW!!!
