Hair dye! Greyish blue or pastel! Help!

Hi! I need help! And fast! I really want a pastel blue hair dye , I'll be bleaching my hair. I want pastel blue or a greyish blue and I don't know what to get?!?! Any ideas and if you have tried this color before please tell the brand and show a picture of your hair when it was colored! Here's a picture of what I want:

How light is your hair right now? Is it dyed?
to lighten it you are going to need blue based bleach and 20 vol peroxide. Lighten it to a level 9. I would use Ion brights in shark blue mixed with a little bit of tanzanite.

Or shark blue mixed with aqua. I find that mixing up with water help with the application because the dye consistency is very thick.
