I just bought mine at CVS it's 7500mcg of biotin. 11$ but its buy one get one free depending on what area you live in.

I take biotin every single day and have been for like a year. plus I take a womens multivitamin that also has biotin in it and I see absolutely NO difference in my hair, skin, or nails. Not sure if its all in peoples heads that they see a difference or if im just unlucky. =\

Dalorean, everyone is different. I know it isn't all in my head because less hair comes out when I shower, and when I stopped taking it at one point I noticed a change. I take it every day with my anxiety medicine so I don't even think of it like oh I'm taking a pill for my hair!
