Weird black spots??

K I don't know what category this goes in but I've noticed these black spots on my lip a while ago and I just thought I burned my lip from something hot but it won't go away besides covering it up with lipstick is there another way to get rid of them?
Do you guys know what it's coming from I do exfoliate if ull tell me to do that.
