My makeup covers my freckles :(

Ok so I have actually really come to love my freckles and they look so cute but my foundation always covers them and so I kinda am thinking about like drawing them back on on top but what do you guys think?

I also love my freckles and I now use a lighter coverage so they can show and I apply I it with a sponge to help. I tried to draw them,back but it was not a good look on me (and I have so many, it was really time consuming! )

I mix a bit of foundation with a bit moistuiser. That's all the coverage I need to show my freckles, I then use concealer to cover any bits that need a bit of extra coverage :)

I use mac foundation and do already mix it with moisturizer because I have super dry skin so it helps it stay on longer but I'll try going with more moisturizer and I'll use concealer for the spots that I need more coverage :D thanks you guys and oooo I'll check it out, Erin ^.^ that sounds really cool :D thank you everyone <3

I have the same problem! I'm not willing to sacrifice coverage for my freckles, so I get a super super super sharp brown eyeliner that's sort of on the warm side (my freckles are a reddish-brown color) and I dot it everywhere I want freckles. I then tap my finger over the "freckles" to make them blend in a little bit, and no one says they look fake!

Try using a cc cream. It corrects the color without any actual weight. It's like a medicated lotion. It will correct your complexion and leave your freckles to shine through.
