Okay so I'm new to wearing lipstick and I don't know what shade looks best on me or which products are best to use. I'm like a medium brown tone. please help.

What sort of looks do you like and what are you after?
Are you after something bold or something more natural?
I think you can pretty much wear any type of colour (eg: red, berry, dark, nude, pink, etc...) it's more about finding the right tone.

I suggest going to Sephora and have them give you a mini makeover for your lips. There's a ton of lipstick shades and brands out there. Not to mention shades will look different against different features.

You can achieve a natural look in a variety of shades. What sort of budget are you working with and finish are you looking for?

Well I'm kind of a newbie at this stuff lol. when shopping for the right stuff I'm not trying to go over 30 dollars. And I want to have like a everyday kind of look.

If you're open to buying online I suggest colour pop lipsticks. They have plenty of shades for only $5 each, so you can try plenty of nude shades, and maybe even some more exciting ones for fun.
