Hi Adriana, welcome to beautylish :) If you have any questions about the app/website or anything, feel free to reach out to me or one of the other mods here on Beautylish :)
As for liquid eyeliners - I mostly use gel for winged liner - but I really like the Kat Von d tattoo liner! It's awesome, but it does take some getting used to :)

I'd have to say either the Kat Von D tattoo liner or the Stila stay all day liner. I absolutely both of these :)

I have always used the NYX matte liquid liner. It's super affordable and stays on all day

I agree with the KVD felt tip pen tattoo liner - it's super easy to make cat eyes with it.

I agree with Estephany, I have both KVD Tattoo Liner and Stila stay all day. Lovee both. KVD is more of a glossy black, and stila's is more matte black, but the applicators are the same, felt tip pens. They're really easy to use, they do not budge!, and it's easy to make really precise lines with them (especially for a cat eye). The Stila applicator is also a bit stiffer than KVD I've noticed, but once you've used them and you're used to it, it's no biggie! Those two are my go to liners. But have also used NYX liners too and they're good for the price. Sometimes I have to do two coats with them tho because they may crack in places when they dry, so I do that to be safe. But still good.

Welcome! I personally don't use liquid liner for cat eyes, but I do occasionally use it for going over my lash line if I'm wearing glitter or something, and for that, I adore the Eyeko Fat Eyeliner because it's extremely black and goes on very smoothly. I imagine that it would be great for precise eyeliner looks as well =)

I like the physician's formula lash booster serum eyeliner. It works so well and glides on so easily.
