I usually exfoliate gently with a loofah with any soap /bodywash and I use vitamin e capsules.. just make a hole in a capsule and use the oil, apply it at nights and shower in the morning

Brand names don't really matter - but I like to exfoliate with a sugar body scrub by tree hut
