Ever since I dyed my hair a really dark brown I have noticed that my hair is so much more oily than before. My hair is naturally oily but it looks worse than before. I wash and condition my hair daily, and I don't use products in it or I don't use a flat iron very often. I was wondering if there is a way to make my hair less oily or a way to make it look less oily.

I would try not washing your hair everyday and use dry shampoo in between washing days. Since you're washing your hair everyday you're stripping your hair and scalp of their natural oils so they're overcompensating by producing more oils.

I agree with Alexis. that could definitely be a problem. it's just like trying to wash your face too often and getting oilier. give it a few weeks whenever you change anything with your hair routine to see the differences.
if your hair is pretty thin and that still doesn't help try switching out for a lighter conditioner or only conditioning every other wash.

I feel ya girl!! Darker hair shows grease way more then lighter hair. But I use dry shampoo or baby powder!

Don't scrub your scalp, use warm not hot water and do what the other posters mentioned above, ideally extend your hair washing by 1 day, I.e. wash every 3rd day, this should work - it did for me. I use 2 types of shampoo & conditioners, Optima Tea Tree and Pro-Naturals Maroccan argan oil (hair repair product) these really suit my hair and I stick to them for the time beng.
