Hey everyone! So I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get tan fairly efficiently. I'm half polish half Italian so in the summer I end up getting very dark but since I'll be working indoors this summer I'm afraid I won't get as dark as I usually do... Don't get me wrong you love my skin and what ever shade it is, but when it's darker and more olive I feel more confident! Thanks:)

Also I can't use self tanners so by tips I meant like sun tanning tips!

I'm canadian so during the winter I loose all my tan and to get it back on really fast is to take a whole day to go out and swim or play volleyball because it is proven that you tan faster when you move! Pool also help a lot. And finally you can use a tanning oil when you go outside if you don't burn fast.
