I would usually say CHI, but they're are a lot of money! So for Christmas I got a BaByliss PRO Ceramix Xtreame - And I thaught it was cheap looking and it wouldn't work good! Dong judge a book by it cover. I was totally wrong this one is amazing! I love it here's a Link: http://www.beautydrama.com/babyliss-pro-ceramix-xtreme-ceramic-straightening-flat-iron-1-red/
It can be $30- $49 bucks depending on what site you get it on, or in a beauty store. Hope I helped !(: xxx

Use i.s.o professional. I've had mine for 2 years and it still works as good as when I got it. You can get them at winners/marshals or order them online. It was around 20-30$ I love mine:)

Chi ceramic tormile flat irons are great. I got mine for 50% off at ULTA. Originally it was 180 but I got it for 90. Best flat iron I have ever used. Never will go back. Great investment

I own a CHI and a GHD and for thick hair, I recommend the GHD. Downsides to both is the price. CHI's are around a hundred and GHD are much more.
