I'm confused. You're asking if you're able to dye your hair to that blonde color but you're saying that's your hair in the picture. I'm not sure what you're asking.

You should be able to go lighter with blonde dye. If you get a boxed dye then look at the back or side that tells you ehat color it will yurn out like. It also depends on the brand. Some won't work as good as others. I know Garnier is a good one though.

Your highlights could get to the color you're wanting but the rest may need to be colored twice unless you're using one of the hi-lift blonde hair dyes in which case it could get pretty close

Your lighter pieces will most likely, but the darker ones will not.
