What's so good about Essie?

I love all the unique colors from Essie but is the formula really good? I never hear any talk about how long it lasts, how it drys, or how it glides on. Opinions?

I love essie, it dries fast, lasts fairly long, some colors are more opaque than some but I always apply two coats then I use either the gel or matte top coat

There seem to be so many different opinions on essie that I used to stay away from it, but last month I went for it and bought 5 colours and the good to go and no chips ahead top coats. They are really nice colours and I'm very happy with how they apply (2 coats are fine) and the wearing time. trophy wife is an amazing colour and the no chips ahead top coat is absolutely amazing, I've had my current nail polish on for almost a week now and no sign of chipping, usually I have chipping after 2 or 3 days.
