Best eyeliner to use for a wing?

I use Physician's Formula eye booster, I find it's very easy to use and stays on all day without any smudging :)

I prefer to use a gel liner with an angled brush I feel like gives me the sharpest wing and the most controle :)
At the moment I'm using a maybelline gel liner which is good - but if you have problems with it running I would recommened you look into Inglot gel liners - they are awesome!

I prefer gel liner and an angled brush (can't recommend a specific liner because I haven't found my perfect liner yet) but when I am in a pinch, I do use mascara and an angled brush as hannah mentioned
