I ordered samples of the RCMA foundation, but I cannot for the life of me get it to look good on my skin! I've tried it so many ways, but it just looks uneven, unnatural, and sits weirdly on my skin. I only have some unevenness/redness to conceal, which I think should be no problem for this foundation. Here is how I have tried it:
On a bare face
On a moisturized face
On a face moisturized with almond oil
With a brush
With my fingers
With a beauty blender
Heated up on my hand
Heated up on my face
With almond oil mixed in
I do not know what to do?? I need this foundation to work, please help :(

I use RCMA for all my wedding clients. If the client has dry skin, I mix the foundation with Embryolisse moisturizer before applying. I always apply with a flat top kabuki foundation brush, in stippling motions. I also use it on myself when I want really full coverage. A little goes a very long way so I make sure I don't apply too much, it is buildable. Jacqueline (one of the moderators) gave some great info on RCMA a few days ago, maybe she'll see this and give you some advice! RCMA foundation is too amazing for you to miss out on it.

I have combo skin but it's not super crazy, meaning, my dry areas aren't that dry and my oily areas aren't too oily. I've read that the foundation looks like skin, which is a lot to expect from it, but it looks very obvious on my skin. The foundation I used before this was the Estee Lauder Double Wear which did look like a full coverage foundation, so that's what I'm used to. But not even that was as obvious on my face as RCMA is being. I've tried using very little product but it wasn't covering anything, so today I used about a thumb nail sized amount (maybe a little less).

Sorry, when I said I tried using very little product, I meant I tried building it up in thin layers.

I have really oily skin.
The only issue I have is that it looks too shiny on me.
If it looks uneven it could be because of the emollients?
I felt like it would slide around and wouldn't cover up my redness when I tried using my fingers and applied in a circular motion or when I used a synthetic brush.
I know someone may point out that it's "50% pigment" and assuming it's great for oily skin but the first and I think even the second ingredient are emollients.
The thing that worked for me is using less pressure when you're trying to build it up.
Try dabbing on with your ring finger and it should work better.
Some people have the issue that it makes the face look kind of... Fake? Due to the wax. Usually they use too much which could be a possibility. You really have to play with it a bit cause it is quite different and I'll also note that this really has to be set regardless of skin type because the warmth sort of liquifies the wax and it'll slide around if it's not set
