Are you talking about the Hourglass Ambient Lighting (finishing powder) or the new Hourglass Strobe Powder (highlighters)?

Do you want it for highlighting or luminizing? For highlight definitely Becca, for luminousity go w hourglass. I haven't tried the new hourglass powders tho.
