How do I make my eyeliner less evil?

Ha! ha! That's a good one, although it doesn't look evil to me. But if you want to make it a little less severe. I would shorten the wing. Instead of a "cat eye", try a "kitten eye".

You try arching your wing up and that can easily be achieved by lining some tape up and then once you've got the point/tail to your wing you can fill that in by making it a smidge thicker.
