She most likely has clear skin to begin with making it much easier to achieve a "flawless skin" look. Try color correcting, concealer and don't forget a good primer.
To clear up your skin I'd suggest going to the dermatologist. I gave up trying to get rid of my acne on my own a few weeks ago. I went to the dermatologist less then two weeks ago, he prescribed me antibiotics and a topical antibiotic cream and my skin is absolutely acne free. I only have a little scarring left.

You also have to keep in mind that she's taking a picture and is most likely using lighting that would hide any blemishes. She doesn't look like face to face.

Jacqueline H....Preach girl! I so agree! This photo is causing girls who see it to feel frustrated because they are chasing an illusion. I don't think she looks flawless anyway. Her PICTURE is flawless not her. You can look like that. Like Jacqueline said with tons of makeup and photo-shop. That would actually be fun. You can actually photo shop it yourself. But as far as real life, it's not realistic. I'm all about making yourself look as good as possible with skincare, clean living and makeup. But, I am always wary of any form of EXTREMES. It may seem harmless, but it can actually be very insidious. And that's why most people don't see it and fall into the illusion. Imo, only babies and small children have flawless skin. That's the look I would want. But I know it's an impossible goal for me because that is a NATURAL flawlessness that cannot be recreated with makeup. And probably not even photo-shop. So, the next best thing, is taking care of my skin as best as I can and using makeup to enhance what I have. And not stressing about what I don't have.

I've seen people in real life, looking like a Kylie Jenner clone, but I've always wanted to emulate that heavy makeup look but no matter how much makeup I put on, I still have these dried pimples that I can't hide. Some advice would be appreciated(:

Those girls you see more than likely already have clear skin or if they do have some issues, it's probably only discolorations and not textural issues like true acne scars (bumpy or pitted skin). If you want that clone look, you're going to have to work on your skin first, like the rest of us. Unfortunately most people don't have the resources to unlimited skin care specialists, like dermatologists, plastic surgeons, estheticians and super expensive skincare products. That is what you are trying to compete with. Just try to be the "you" you can be.
