The best by far is the Maybelline fit me concealer by Maybelline you will love it, it's so hydrating under your eyes. It's very build-able but still looks natural. Highly suggest if you're looking for a drugstore product

Just a quick question, are you concealing discoloration under your eyes or just concealing in general? I always always use a peach toned concealer or brightener under my eyes. I don't have any discoloration to neutralize, and peach equals instant brightness. Some will say peach is better for darker toned skin and I do not find that to be the case. Unless you are VERY fair, peach can be used on everyone and it gives much more brightness than yellow. I use the Mac Prep and Prime Pen in Radiant Rose, or the peachy color in the RCMA Cream Highlight and Contour Palette. Everyone has their way that they like and that's totally ok, makeup is personal, this is just my humble little opinion. :-)
