Mac Fix + Help Needed!

Ok so I went to Harvey Nichols today to pick up some some Prep and Prime Fix + by Mac. I've taken it home and tried to use it but it's not spritzing?!? Any ideas? I can't return it as I live on an island X

No the pumps not locked, like I can pump it but nothing comes out xx
