I just wanted to add some subtle highlights to my hair and the hairdresser ended up doing a full head of thick blond strips!! really really hate it. it looks super blunt and nothing at all like I wanted. any suggestions what I can do? (really wanted to add a photo of the horror but unfortunately the app gets stuck...)

You can go in and ask a stylist to weave in some dark to cover the blonde so that you'll have finer weaved blonde instead of big stripes!

Yes, of all the hair disasters I've heard, that sounds like any easy fix. But I would want another more experienced colorist to fix it.

Definitely I would go back to the salon and ask they fix it. If you told them you wanted subtle highlights and they gave you big thick blocks, you have the right to go back and have them fix it. If I were you, I would also ask for my money back (or at least not pay for them fixing it).

You won't receive money back after a service is performed. But if its within a week they should fix it for free.
