How to waterproof makeup.

Long story short, my boyfriend has temporarily broke up with me as of yesterday evening (we're on a break so he can focus on his career, purely his choice, not mine) after 3 years of being together and I'm crying pretty much constantly. My mum doesn't want me moping around the house so I've been trying to go out and I've got school on Monday but my makeup keeps coming off. Does anyone know of any cheap-ish makeup that will stay on? I've got waterproof mascara already on which seems to be holding up but my concealer and powder is completely gone. If anyone knows of any concealers, powders, drugstore primers/setting sprays, etc.that will help keep my makeup on, that'd be great. I have combo skin (oily tzone, cheeks and chin, dry undereyes and around my nose) and my skin is pale with neutral-yellow undertones. I'm also in the UK so things which are available here preferably. Thanks x

Makeup Forever Face and Body Foundation is waterproof. I believe gives sheer to medium coverage and gets good reviews. Has a decent shade range and I believe it's suited for normal skin types, but I hear a lot of dry skin type girls like it.
