I've been asked to appear in a local news segment to discuss makeup. The anchor told me I could showcase some products, and also talk about outgoing and incoming trends. I would love to hear from you ladies what you would find interesting if you were watching.
I was thinking I would talk about color theory and neutralization using the LeMaq Pro palette. That's not a widely known product yet it is a miracle for those with rosacea, acne, severe under eye circles and other skin issues. Keeping my business in mind, I thought discussing how to fix those issues may help bring me some clients who want help with that.
As far as trends, I'm thinking I would mention that I hope "baking" and strong contouring pass away with 2015, and more natural looks that showcase your natural beauty step in.
Any ideas or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!

Are you talking about the foundation palette? What's this "palette?!" Sounds great to me!

Thanks ladies!
Chris the palette is the LaMaquillage palette. The real palette is large and expensive and more for pro artists working on lots of people, but they also make the LaMaq Fard palettes. Those have fewer colors in them and are more for personal use.
Ok so, to use it correctly, think about color theory. Primary colors mixed together will "brown out" and leave you with your natural skin tone. So if you have redness, use green over it and the two opposite colors cancel each other out and leave a brown, or if you do it just right, your natural skin tone. If you have blueish under eye circles, use the opposite of blue, orange or peach, and they cancel each other out. It can also be used to cover tattoos, be an eyeshadow, blush, lip color, and all kinds of things. If I lose every single product in my studio but still have my large LaMaq palette, I can still do a full application.
To use, get the MUFE Aqua Seal, and mix it with a bit of the LaMaq cream, and apply lightly until you see the neutralization taking place. Feel free to contact me for any more info! The LaMaq palette absolutely changed my whole makeup approach. It helps me use less product (concealer, foundation, etc) when I neutralize first.

Congrats on the gig Kathryn, it sound's like you already know what to talk about for your segment. Are you making a line with LaMaq?

Oh no girl I'm not that well known! I wish I was at that status! LOL! I just love the product and everything it can do. I can even create my own foundation to match any skin tone with it. I just think it's great!
I WISH I could make a line with them! Wouldn't that be amazing!
