I'm not really sure if I can post this here but I want a septum piercing really badly, if I get one I think I'm going to get a small horseshoe one, but how is the pain and healing process, also any tips?? Thanks ☺️

The pain isn't awful... It's a bit worse than a regular nose piercing. Heals fairly quickly. I think mine was completely healed it about two weeks. Just remember to keep it clean and flip it in and out every so often. Good luck!

I'm always super nervous about piercings and I'm a wuss and it didn't hurt at all! It's mostly pressure, just get it done professionally and clean it twice a day and you'll be good :)

Everyone's pain tolerance is different so it depends how much you can handle. I have many different piercings and I must say that it's been the least painful one and about two weeks it was healed😊 clean it atleast 2-3 times a day play around with it as much as you can because it'll dry up and that's when it hurts to move it around also if you do makeup before when applying anything on your nose because you're nose will be so sensitive atleast for a week. What I love about it the most is that it's a piercing you're able to hide or a piercing you're able to show. You should definitely get it,I think it looks nice on everyone😊

My daughter and I both have septum piercings, and I have to say it's probably been the LEAST problematic of all my piercings!! She works at a place that does piercings, and he is a master - he uses a very sharp Japanese steel needle. Literally, I couldn't even get the word "OW" out before he was done and the pain stopped. It hasn't bothered me at all, since! I wear the horseshoe so I can flip it up during the day while I'm at work. My daughter likes to wear "clickers" (see pic).
