So I have a sample of the better then sex mascara it's about six months old and there is still some left but it's kind of dried up. I read something in a magazine about using contact solution to bring it back to life a little. I wear contacts so I have plenty of that but just wondering if this really works.

What works better for me, is to get a mug and fill it up with water and put it in the microwave for like 3 minutes until it gets pretty hot. Place the mascara tube in the mug for about 2 minutes and then take it out!

I honestly would not recommend using that mascara. You're supposed to swap them out after 3 months. And it being dry is a sign of age, liquid products build up a lot of bacteria
