If you like a bold, pop look, go for the first one.
If you want a nice natural shade with a hint of color, go for the second.
I would personally choose the first one:)

I don't know if it's the lighting, but I'd prefer a color as strong as the first one with a little more blue in it - this looks a bit orange. The 2nd pic looks like you're not wearing anything. Again, maybe it the lighting...?
