I use the KQC curling iron. I have very long thick curly hair and it's takes me about 30 mins to flat iron my hair with the KQC. I've gone through so many flat irons and most would get the job done but because of my curly texture it's would still leave it frizzy or staticky. With the KQC I don't have those issues and leaves my hair nice and straight the way I like it.

Honestly I don't much about the warranty. Maybe someone else here knows more about. But if you invest in a good straightener you wouldn't have to worry much about a warranty. I've had my KQC OVER 5 years and haven't had a problem.

Babyliss is absolutely the best straightener I have ever used. My hair is thick and wavy and normally takes a while to straighten but with the babyliss, I can do it in 5 minutes.

Mine is a G3 Salon Pro with a 3 year warranty. You get on their website and verify your product online. I've asked questions and normally receive a response within 1 working day.
