•Consume more L-Glutathione
•Wear clothing that blocks out the sun
•Exfoliate often (some people use milk for this)
•Wear sunblock
•Look into Asian beauty products, a few I've heard of are the kojie-san skin lightening soap, and IU White Tan Body (http://www.wishtrend.com/beauty-steal/1409-iu-white-tan-body-perfuming-cream-delight18.html?a_aid=edweird0)
•These are just a few of my suggestions, remember to do your own research even on the things that people like me suggest on this website. For example, consuming too much of something might be a bad thing, you might need to take certain pills if you're always blocking out the sun, exfoliating too often can irritate the skin, etc.

Stay out of the sun

Staying out of the sun is portably the best advice. Do not buy skin products that lighten skin because those contain bleach and you'll ruin your whole face

I've heard taking about 1,000 mg of vitamin C a day can give results like taking glutathione.
The thing about the supplements I that, they take a lot longer to see results.
Some Taiwanese celebs take a glutathione injection from a doctor to help lighten their skin.
If you're using a Kojic acid soap then you don't need to exfoliate much since Kojic acid will cause peeling and make your skin sensitive but when it tolerable then it's good to exfoliate the peeling.
Wear a good sunblock. One with titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide.
There's a popular Thai serum that's pretty inexpensive made of Arbutin which is a natural skin lightener from a type of berry I believe.
Just don't use products with hydroquinone because that's the ingredient that's been linked to causing cancer.

It's the Lab Dee Thailand Alpha Arbutin Pure Serum.
And another good brand is the Filipino brand Dermaline which has a good lightening cream and soap.
Kojie San works pretty good too.
I would use more southeast Asian stuff.
I noticed the north East Asian whitening products don't work quite as well since the northeast Asians are generally fairly light to begin with whereas Thais, Filipinos etc.tend to have more tan skin
