Always with any color to keep a nice clean look in my opinion if you have a bold lip always keep a simple eye if you want the lip to stand out more.

When I wear a red lip, I always go with a nude in the crease, maybe I'll use my contour shade, and bold lashes. I also like to keep me face dewy and highlighted. ðŸ˜‰
